From the Hive to the Table.
It starts with a hive near you. The worker honeybees fill up the honey cells of the top hive boxes. When filled, we pull the boxes and bring them to the honey house. At the honey house we are careful to not mix honey from different counties together. This is to make sure the honey stays as local as possible. After the honey is extracted from the frames, we bottle it. Just that simple. It’s never cooked. It’s never strained. It’s from the hive to your table.
